Cancel Order Policy

At Squared Away Remodeling LLC, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed. We strive to make the cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible.

Please review our cancellation guidelines below.


Order Cancellation Request

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order by contacting us via email.

Please include the following information in your cancellation request:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Email Address used during checkout
  • Reason for cancellation

Cancellation requests submitted after the allowed cancellation window may not be approved if the order has already entered the processing or shipping stages.


Refund Processing for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

However, eligible products may still qualify for a return under our Refund & Return Policy.

If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our return guidelines.


Incorrect Shipping Address

If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Important Information:

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.
  • If the order has already shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses submitted by the customer.

All address correction requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Non-Cancelable Orders

Orders may not be canceled in the following situations:

  • The order has already been shipped
  • The order is marked as fulfilled or completed
  • Fraud prevention verification is in progress
  • Customized or special-order products have entered production

Return Instead of Cancellation

If your order cannot be canceled, you may still be eligible to return the item after delivery according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Returned products must meet all return eligibility requirements, including unused condition and original packaging.
